  • Rachel has extensive experience in training needs analysis, programme design, programme delivery, procurement, Skillnet management, grant funding and corporate professional development. Before joining Central Solutions as training supports consultant and manager of the National Lean & Green Skillnet, Rachel facilitated other successful training and development programmes including – Limerick Chamber Skillnet, Employment Rights Network Limerick and as a training consultant with Irish Business Training.
